These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UWatch.ing (the "Service"), operated by 1Host.ing LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher). If under 18, you need parental/guardian consent. We may terminate access for any reason, including age violations.

2. The Service UWatch.ing provides free access to streaming video content (movies, TV shows, etc.), possibly with ads. Content availability varies by location/device and may change without notice. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content for personal, non-commercial use only. No downloading (except where permitted), redistribution, public performance, or commercial use is allowed.

3. User Accounts Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

4. User Conduct You agree not to:

• Upload/post infringing, harmful, or illegal content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Circumvent geo-restrictions, ads, or security measures.
• Harass others or violate laws.

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Service is owned by us or licensed third parties. You get no ownership rights. We respect copyrights — report infringements via DMCA notice to support@uwatch.ing (include required details per 17 U.S.C. § 512).

6. Third-Party Links and Ads The Service may link to third-party sites or show ads. We are not responsible for their content/privacy. Your interactions are at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties (express/implied) including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access. Content may contain errors; we make no guarantees on accuracy/availability.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Host.ing LLC, its affiliates, officers, etc., shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits/data). Total liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts paid by you (if any). This applies even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination We may terminate/suspend your access anytime, without notice, for violations or at our discretion. Sections surviving termination: IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, or through binding arbitration under AAA rules (at our option). You waive jury trial and class actions.
